As a Woodward Recognized Turbine Retrofitter (RTR), Turner Engine Control Solutions is specialized to offer you solutions for speed/load controls, and also generator, extraction, compressor, excitation controls and integrated turbine compressor controls. We utilise Woodward's control, actuation and valve technologies.Where necessary, we are able to integrate other brands of controls to fulfil your requirements.

Our engineers make extensive use of simulation software in the design, testing and simulation of the control system to make sure everything works in accordance with the design specifications before shipment to site.

Assembly & Testing

Assembling
TECS has an own assembling work floor, where control panels are fully assembled, wired and our company is focused on quality and has an ISO 9001 certificate.

Test & Inspection
As a part of the Quality Management System within TECS there are a number of predetermined test and control points within the manufacturing process.

The Factory Acceptance Test is a standard test that will be executed by TECS that can be accompanied by our client or his nominated representative. The technical requisition that is issued by the client will be the basis for the test protocol that will be developed before the start of the test.

During the test, actuators, valves, motors, pumps etc. can be simulated by use of a separate test PLC system, or by use of hand-switches and indicators.
